 Jocelyn Williams is a self-motivated entrepreneur who started her professional career as a Business Relations Specialist for the State of Indiana, Office of Supplier Diversity.  In 2005, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the nation’s oldest privately-owned HBCU, Wilberforce University in Wilberforce, Ohio.  Ms. Williams founded JW Business Consulting 101 in 2007 after identifying the disparity in underutilized minority and women-owned businesses represented in state contracts.  Currently, JW Business Consulting 101 services clients across the United States while maintaining a personal touch with each client.

Jocelyn Williams is a native of Waco, Texas who spent her formative years in Wilberforce, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana.  In 2019 Ms. Williams relocated to Houston, Texas, and serves as the Director of Public Relations for Greater Emmanuel Family Worship Center while still fulfilling the needs of her clients.  She enjoys cooking and is passionate about feeding the homeless and volunteering in her community wherever needed.  Jocelyn also serves as the Outreach Director for her church, Congregational Council Board Member for Memorial Assistance Ministries, along with a host of other roles in the community.  Ms. Williams takes her role as an advocate for the people very seriously and focuses on the need to create opportunities for underprivileged communities.
